This agency has consistently held a prominent position in the local market for numerous years, and they show no signs of slowing down. We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Operations Manager to join the team on a 12 month contract with the potential to stay on.
The Role
You will be essential to the daily operations of the HR team in this 12-month contract. You will be responsible for implementing group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities. Be the first point of contact for employees to support the business plan and talent agenda.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, development & performance management
- Promote diversity, equity, & inclusion
- Work with department heads to understand their HR needs
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics
- Relevant HR qualifications
- 5 + years relevant experience - Industry experience highly valued
- Recruitment experience desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise & work independently
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
