ATT Logistics (ATT) are a mid-sized transport company who are currently seeking the services of an experienced HR & RECRUITMENT MANAGER to oversee all aspects of HR and recruitment across 3 states and 9 sites.
This exciting position is permanent full-time, working Monday to Friday at our Head Office in Carole Park.

Since our inception in Brisbane (1985) we have continued to expand and now operate in Queensland, Victoria and NSW for many well-known national brands, and use our flexible and progressive mindset to retain the ability to act quickly to meet our customers’ every need. We currently have 60 white collar employees, and up to 300 sub-contractors, along with a number of labour hire employees.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager, you will bring your generalist HR experience, and you will:
- Support a full remit of generalist HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including the recruitment process to foster a collaborative and diverse workforce; through to change management, ER, performance management, talent and engagement action-planning
- In collaboration with the GM, drive relevant strategic initiatives – this includes a specific focus on supporting employee development and culture, succession planning and talent objectives
- Foster strong positive relationships
- Develop and implement HR policies for legal compliance, and advise leaders on legislative changes
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and fair manner
- Generate regular reports and analytics to track HR performance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Lead performance management support and provide feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- End-to-end HR generalist experience preferably within blue-collar environments – ideally with regionally dispersed stakeholder groups
- Highly competent HR practitioner with the desire to support operational leadership teams and can demonstrate a positive and forward-thinking approach
- Advanced understanding of employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strategic thinking and critical thinking skills
- An ability to work autonomously in this stand-alone role, and the ability to take full ownership of all HR and recruitment matters
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management
