We are seeking a HR Support Officer for our road transport business.
The role involves:
- Weekly payroll processing, inc. cross checks and reconciliation
- Interpretation and ensuring correct application of the various Enterprise Agreements and awards relevant to the operation
- New starter and onboarding process for new starters (including letter of offer and employment packs)
- Payroll adjustments, changes and corrections when required
- HR general letters, warning and corrective actions
- Support Managers in determining correct HR Processes are recommended
- Document control and record maintenance
- Recruitment support - including ad placement
- Workers compensation reporting
This role will also give you an opportunity to expand your career through a wide exposure of work modalities and Industrial Relations environments.
To secure this role you will have:
- HR experience
- Some understanding of Return to Work processes (preferred)
- Some understanding of working with Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- An eye for detail
- Great Microsoft skills (inc. word, excel and data analysis knowledge)
