Due to growth within the company, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Office Support - Project Administrator to join the team at our Burleigh Heads Branch.
About the role:
Your role at PR Water will be to manage project-related tasks including rental agreement reviews, managing the 4Hire rental platform, purchase orders, stock and order management, internal system controls, and client communications. We will be accepting entry-level applicants.
Requirements and Duties:
- Administration of all rental contracts and related processes including completion of equipment checklists, fleet mobilisation/demobilisation and equipment stock takes.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to project contracts, orders, and administrative matters.
- Rental Agreements set up in 4Hire ERP and any related Purchase Order Management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to refine and finalise rental agreement terms.
- Oversee stock levels and procurement processes to support project requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure timely completion of site and delivery dockets (Docket Book).
- Administration of all off hire sheets for any damage and back charge to clients.
- Internal System Control Review and Management.
- Continuously assess and enhance internal systems for project efficiency.
- Administration of the Safety Culture platform for internal checklists and safety processes and liaison with operations to ensure these are being followed.
- Co-ordinating labour movements to ensure correct charging to customers.
- Client Communication and Support as required.
- Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to address client concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred however we will be open to entry-level applicants.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems including Teams, Outlook, Excel (for data analysis and reporting), Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Proof of full rights to work in Australia.
