The RoleThis position will work within the HR Systems team and is expected to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency with technical systems and associated processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Kronos Dimensions application. The key objectives of this role are:To lead administration and application support of Kronos, our rostering system. Application management experience in Kronos is essential for this role.To monitor the reliability and availability of existing Kronos services through effective system administration, and identify any potential issuesTo assist in the management of the organisational payroll tool, and the management of interfaces between Kronos Dimensions, Chris21 and the HRMIS database.To assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systemsTo provide support and advice for sustainable improvements in information technology facilities and services related to HR systemsTo actively participate in a project to move medical staff onto Kronos Dimensions. Your ProfileYou are an experienced Kronos Specialist with the ability to complete the following tasks:Provide day-to-day support of the current Kronos Dimensions system, including reporting, system reviews, problem-solving, adjusting Enterprise Agreements and award settings, maintenance and efficiency improvements, plus assist with the upgrade to Workforce Dimensions.Support management in meeting service level and departmental goals by assisting with the day-to-day queue management of incidents and problems using KACE Systems Management.Additionally, provide BAU systems support to the HR payroll team for systems including Chris21 & HR21, in order to facilitate the payroll process, working with external vendors as required.Provide the various departments within the Human Resources Directorate with technical Kronos support as required.To produce ad hoc reports from Kronos and SQL databases as required by managers throughout the organisation, using strong analytical skillsParticipate in relevant projects as required.Undertake other appropriate duties as directed by the HR Systems ManagerAssist Human Resources staff as required and as directed by senior Human Resources staff.
