Are you seeking your next HR reporting opportunity, working in a high performing, innovative and collaborative team, which offers role autonomy and HR systems project opportunities?
We are seeking experienced HR reporting, data analytic and systems specialists for positions in which you could make your mark using your knowledge and expertise in our People Services and Capability Branch.
Currently there are two positions available for permanent appointment – Coordinator HR Systems and Reporting at Level 5 and Senior HR Systems and Reporting Officer at Level 4.
About the roles
Working within the HR Systems and Reporting team the roles are responsible for enhancing and maintaining Human Resource Information Management Systems, and associated databases and Reporting platforms. The team is also responsible for data integrity and research to develop visualisation of HR data, data analytics and the provision of associated HR reports. In addition, both roles provide customer focused advice and support to management and employees regarding HR systems, HR data queries, and requests for information.
Your skills and experience in HR reporting and data analytics, project management and the provision of customer focused support will be key to your success in this role.

Both positions are located in , accessible by public transport and reasonably priced City of Perth parking options nearby. For appointment at Level 4

  • Demonstrated analytical and research skills, including the ability to develop reports and present information.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use and maintenance of a HR Systems and associated reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a member of a team to deliver HR Systems and reporting projects
For appointment at Level 5
  • Demonstrated experience in the operation and administration of Human Resource Management Information Systems and Reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills and experience in providing workforce reports to assist management decision making.
  • Demonstrated planning and project management skills.
