About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Functional Integrity Manager, you will join a dynamic and progressive team and oversee the governance and improvements across SAP HR/Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central and Case Management Systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Applying your understanding of technical systems, system integration and data models when conducting work activities and executing and governing technical system legal requirements to maintain and improve the efficiency and compliance of HR systems (SAP HR/Payroll & SuccessFactors Employee Central) across BHP.
- Supporting internal BHP stakeholders in developing business requirements for HR system changes/improvements and translating them into system solution design.
- Working with BHP internal technology teams to design, plan, prioritise and deploy the pipeline of HR system changes relating to SAP HR/Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central and Case Management Systems.
- Providing subject matter expertise into opportunity assessments for HR systems projects as part of the annual corporate alignment planning cycle.
- Representing the HR Function in a consulting capacity on HR Systems Improvement projects to identify solution impacts, define requirements, design system solution and testing requirements.
- Providing guidance on managing and cleansing data to maintain the quality and integrity of BHPs people and organisation data to ensure compliance with data security, privacy and legal requirements.
- Applying and understanding of HR functional terminology, theory, key processes, requirements and activities (eg. risk and governance, systems, data, technology support, etc.).
- Identifying and recommending ad hoc improvements of HR systems and processes.
- Supporting case management processing and integrations into HR systems and modules and providing input into improvements touching cross modular processes.
- Providing consultative support for recurring issues across the HR system landscape.
- Keeping up to date with new technology offerings, HR trends and industry standards and applying that knowledge to system changes.

About You
With demonstrated experience in leading change and change management, you will thrive in a complex organisation operating in a global environment.
You will possess business experience in HR with global SAP HR/Payroll technical experience across countries including Australia, Chile, Singapore, Malaysia, United States and Canada.
You will have sound a knowledge of HR systems (including case management platforms) and understand best practices and process management.
You must have technical experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules will be an advantage.
You will be a natural communicator, with the ability to engage stakeholders and use persuasive influencing skills
You will be competent in analysing and processing large and complicated datasets and be familiar with data privacy standards, laws and processes.
