This role is based in Belmont, WA. We're looking for someone who works collaboratively and supports the team to get the job done as safely as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience.In this role you'll be responsible for:Assisting in developing processes, implementing, and monitoring programs to provide a safe working environment for all site-based personnelIdentify training needs for all personnelConducting health and safety audits and inspectionsConducting weekly Site inductions for WA projectMaintain HSE recording systems and registersPromote health and safety policies and procedures to all personnelProviding assistance in regards to HSE administration duties.How you'll connect to the role:Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and SafetyRelevant experience in the construction industry is highly regardedHave a current driver’s licenseConstruction White CardProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and ExcelProven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisationCurrent First Aid certificateAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
