The role of HSE Coordinator will report to the Divisional HSEQ Manager and see you working closely with our Divisional and Business Unit HSE Teams in delivery of the HSE Strategy. You will also be involved in the coordination and improvement of our HSE systems and processes throughout the division from our Head Office in Victoria Park.

What you will bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HSE capacity, ideally within both site and corporate environments working across a diversified portfolio
- Tertiary qualifications in OH&S
- A high level of oral and written communication skills (including developing of HSE management system documents)
- Ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities
- Ability to negotiate, influence and implement change
- You are process and solution orientated with proven experience dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience facilitating risk assessment and/or other HSE workshops
- Experience conducting high level incident investigations and reports (Competent in TapRooT and/or ICAM methodology)
- OHS Systems Auditing qualifications (desirable)
- Certificate IV Assessment and Training (desirable)
