Due to internal growth, we are seeking a customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our expanding team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:
-Co-ordinating maintenance workflow; ensuring effective resolution, within a timely manner
-Effectively communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors; keeping all parties informed and up to date
-Data entry and report compilation
You must have:
-The ability to read and articulate plans and specifications
-The ability to work autonomously, with strong multi-tasking and self-management skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Outstanding customer service and communication skills
-Experience in BEAMS and ClickHome is preferred, but not essential
-Previous experience in an admin based maintenance or property management role will be highly regarded
