The Role:
The HSEQ Administrator is an administrative expert, coupled with the ability to arrange and organise a range of tasks in order of priority. You are responsible for coordinating Health, Safety, Environment and Quality functions while providing support to the HSEQ Manager in all areas across MTE from our Edinburgh site, which includes the maintenance of the SkyTrust platform. This position will suit an experienced administrator, who is looking to further develop their office and compliance skills and delve into the world of HSEQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HSEQ company reports under direction of HSEQ Manager
- Maintenance of compliance documentation
- Format and maintain all MTE IMS documents
- Liaise with SME’s and utilise your research skills to obtain relevant information according to legislation and recommendations
- Actively encourage a safe work environment
- Assist with general HSEQ duties and supporting HSEQ Manager as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in fast paced, dynamic office environment
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of the SkyTrust platform or other works/safety management systems desirable
- Attention to detail
- Document and/or compliance management an advantage.
