We are currently looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our service team and learn everything there is to know about the Automotive Service and Parts Industry. With full on the job training, flexible hours and a collaborative team environment, you'll be given the tools and knowledge to not only be a key contributor to our business but start a long career with huge opportunity for progression.
We're looking for the right people, not the right experience and as such we encourage applicants from all customer service industries including retail, hospitality, real estate or other related industries.
Your role, reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team of Service Advisors, will be to maintain the high standard of customer service we've come to expect in our Service Department as well as book-in and liaise with service customers & quote, cost and finalise repair orders.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid time management skills
- The ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team
- Current and valid driver's license
- A can-do attitude and a keen willingness to learn
