We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Advisor with a strong focus on Quality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and will suit someone looking to transition into a managerial role in the future
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures and systems.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to track quality metrics and trends.
- Support the QHSE Manager in various tasks and projects related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 & ISO 27001.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and implement effective Error Proofing/Corrective Action initiatives
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a QA role
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Auditor knowledge and experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technical report writing.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the continuous improvement of Quality Management, Safety and Environmental Systems including, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 & ISO 27001
- Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis techniques and the implementation of effective Error Proofing/Corrective Action initiatives.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Mechanical Trade Certificate or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or Metrology (desirable).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
