The role: 
We are looking for a motivated roving HSEQ Coordinator to be a key enabling resource on both HSEQ best-work practices and legislative compliance requirements for infrastructure projects across Victoria. The role will have diverse stakeholders and provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to grow in both technical capability and career.

Your impact: 
Our HSEQ Coordinator will support and enable the development, maintenance, and implementation of each project’s HSEQ Management Plan for all construction activities. The role will also be a key part of building and promoting a positive HSEQ culture across Symal Infrastructure projects.

Your every day: 
•    Provide support, coordination, and advice in relation to implementing Symal’s HSEQ procedures and standards. 
•    Educate project employees and/or subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
•    Assist and advise project teams to manage and report on incident investigations, including injury management.
•    Build strong client and other stakeholder (both internal and external) relationships.

Who are you? 
•    Minimum Cert IV qualifications in WHS. 
•    Two+ years of relevant construction experience
•    A sound understanding of relevant legislation
•    ICAM training
•    White Card
•    Rail Industry Worker Card
