Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience:
Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum Certificate IV OHS/WHS)
- 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in a HSEQ position.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving performance goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Experience in the Electrical construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements.
- Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate.
- Construction Safety Induction White Card.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- ICAM investigation or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preparing management plans, procedures, scope of works, maintenance guides, quick reference guides, manuals, engineering specifications, forms, templates and other project related documentation
- Determining content specifications, key messages and document structure to best convey clear and concise information to the target audience
- Managing the preparation, collation, quality, format, presentation, production and submission of written information from external stakeholders and consultants;
- Develop training material for Calibre produced scope, coordinate Vendor training package development, including alignment with Client requirements and coordination of training delivery as needed
- Review the QA requirements for the tender packages and assist in evaluating tender documentation with the defined criteria
- Liaison with internal project team member to ensure audits & corrective actions are implemented and closed out
