Human Resource Administrator

Wild Desert are one of Australia’s leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry across Australia. 

We are excited about our continued growth and multiple new and exciting long term contracts and therefore have a fantastic opportunity for a junior HR Administrator to join the team and provide support across a variety of HR related tasks. 

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, we require a vibrant and adaptable team player with great attention to detail looking for an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in Brisbane support office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with day-to-day administration of the HR Functions and duties
• Assist with recruitment and on-boarding administration
• Provide crew logistics administration support
• Assist the HR Manager with the preparation and maintenance of HRIMS
• Performing any other duties as required

• A confident communicator, comfortable advising at all levels
• Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
