We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to come and join our team in Shailer Park. This is a great opportunity for anyone working in a similar position and looking to progress within their career, or for someone wanting to get back into the workforce in an administration support role within HR.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, including the preparation of new employee packs, online training
- Maintain employee records and information
- Support the recruitment process such as posting up job adverts, phone screening and booking interviews
- Assist with booking mandatory training for new starters
- Liasing with employees to get their PPE sorted
- Drafting and issuing of employment contract on Employment Hero and any relevant letters
- Maintain HR Inbox and responding or redirecting emails as required
- Assit with reporting
- Assist with any policy and procedure update with the help of senior management
- General office support as required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administration experience
- Working with HRIS platform - Employment Hero will be highly regarded
- Good understanding of MS Suite
- Previous recruitment or HR admin experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work with a vareity of stakeholders (office based and site based employees)
- Strong and positive attitude
- Ability to work across different systems
- Attention to detail
