Description
As a Human Resource Assistant, you will maintain employee records using Employment Hero (EH) system, support new hire onboarding, and update EH dashboard for staff engagement and performance reviews. You will handle recruitment tasks, manage company values and the organisational chart. Responsibilities also include drafting job ads, assisting with interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing contracts. You will deliver HR induction training, manage training platforms, and update the training register. Additionally, you will update policies and support Work Health and Safety efforts, including coordinating committees, conducting audits, and managing worker's compensation administration.

- Essential: Previous experience in a similar Human Resources Position.
