The role:
We currently need a dynamic People and Performance Business Partner to join our People and Performance family for a 12-months fixed-term, whilst our current incumbent participates in an exciting transformation role within the City of Salisbury.
Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive HR/IR services to a department/s within the organisation with a focus on the full employee life-cycle.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and evaluate project and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic Business Partner service to drive departmental capabilities and objectives.
- Offer high quality case management for operational queries, complaints, and issues.
- Deploy and monitor People and Performance initiatives across departments.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers and supervisors.
- Contribute to the strategy and planning process with your expertise.

Specialist Skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or related fields or a broad generalist experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in the development, delivery and evaluation of Human Resource and industrial relations initiatives.
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A commitment to the City of Salisbury's values and code of conduct.
