About the Role
Working as a member of the HR Team, the HR Consultant – Recruitment administers the recruitment process on behalf of our Hiring Managers, ensuring that all internal and external recruitment procedures are customer-focused, transparent, systematic, timely and importantly promote a positive candidate experience.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Consult with and advise Hiring Managers and HR in relation to all areas of the recruitment, selection, and appointment process.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Coordinate the redeployment clearance process.
- Write and post job adverts.
- Manage all candidate communications, including responses to general enquiries and outcomes of the selection process and or changes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks of recruitment selection reports.
- Participate in HR Project working groups, strategic initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
