Hi there! We're Anglican Diocesan Services (ADS), a renowned organisation, and we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Team Assistant to join our impactful HR crew. We support various agencies, including Anglican Schools, Parishes, and Anglicare.
About the role:
As an HR Team Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our HR team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll coordinate pre-employment checks, keep our HR systems up to date, and handle HR helpdesk tickets. In short, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR admin, significantly impacting our operations!
- Get new starters ready to roll with all their checks.
- Keep our HR information system in tip-top shape.
- Provide basic HR admin advice when needed.
- Direct HR requests to the right team member.
- Be the support system for our HR team.
- Manage and resolve HR helpdesk tickets.
- Take on various tasks as assigned by the HR Services Team Leader.
