If you have any access needs or require adjustments to participate in the recruitment process, please contact Michelle Gillam on 08 6457 2970 or email .About this roleThis position provides support, advice and assistance to North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) managers and employees in relation to general Human Resource (HR) queries, including HR policies and procedures, and Health Support Services (HSS) processes. This includes:
- Triaging HR queries received via phone and email; resolving transactional queries and escalating complex matters to the relevant HR team member for action.
- Providing a comprehensive administrative support service for NMHS HR Department, including the maintenance of an effective confidential electronic filing and tracking system.
- Providing direct administrative support to the Director HR, Industrial Relations (IR) and Managers of HR.
