We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our talented and diverse workforce to drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Enhancement: Evaluate and refine our recruitment and onboarding processes for optimal efficiency, candidate experience, and healthy candidate pipelines.
- Recruitment Mastery: Take charge of end-to-end recruitment procedures, from job postings to candidate evaluations and recommendations across a multitude of sourcing channels.
- Onboarding Expertise: Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring a warm welcome and hassle-free integration.
- Offboarding Finesse: Handle exit processes with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for departing team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records and reports of recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our HR systems and provide expertise where needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly, whilst building rapport across all departments.
What You Bring:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, awards and industry trends desired.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team mindset and willingness to learn!
