- Provide efficient, effective and confidential Human Resource Services and administrative support.
- Liaise and negotiate on relevant HR issues on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare monthly statistics for reporting purposes to senior management.
- Provide current and accurate advice on relevant departmental processes and policies.
- Provide confidential administrative and executive support.
- Provide routine information and advice on administrative and personnel issues to management and staff.
- Maintain filing and information retrieval systems in relation to the work of the nominated unit.
- Provide support with the maintenance of various databases relevant to the unit.
- Undertake assigned activities across all teams within the unit.
- Attach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees (referees should have an understanding of your relevant work history)
- Attach a 2-page written statement in response to the attached role description.
