About the role
SU is seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to the People Services team. In this role, you will exhibit exceptional time management and attention to detail with processing of transactional tasks and record keeping. The People Services Administrator will also be responsible for the accurate maintenance of records relating to Working with Children Checks and HR metrics. As the first point of contact, the People Services Administrator will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working both in a team environment and autonomously. This full-time, permanent role can be performed within driving distance of any Australian capital city.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications in Business, Human Resources (or equivalent) are desirable (or progress towards these)
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Foundation skills with a HRIS or payroll system is preferred (particularly Aurion)
