About the Role:
Intereach is seeking a highly motivated, positive and personable individual to become part of our dynamic Human Resources team and support the growth in our organisation. This is an administration position that will provide a high level of support to the Human Resources team. Duties will include:
- Data entry
- Leasing with stake holders within the organisation
- Completing employment checks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff
- Support Volunteer onboarding
- Conducting Audits
- Supporting with all general enquires
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, strong relationship building skills, a commitment to uphold the Intereach core values and the ability to provide valuable support and guidance to our diverse team.
This position is full time - 38hrs per week, fixed term 6 month contract with potential for it to be extended. This position can be based in any Intereach Office.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 3.1 with a starting salary of $71,128.72 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
