Human Resources Administration Officer
Murray Haven Homes Limited, a not-for-profit organisation in the Aged Care Sector is seeking applicants for the above position. Generous Salary Packaging is available.
This role provides support to our External Human Resources Manager. Other duties include rostering, employee onboarding, payroll assistance, organising staff training and maintaining training records. The applicant must be able to provide personal support to staff in all departments.
The HR Administration Officer is required to develop a high level of understanding of the operations of Murray Haven Homes and its key stakeholders both externally and internally.
The successful applicant will require the ability to take initiative, think creatively and to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
