Human Resources Adviser

The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) is Australia's independent expert regulator for health and safety, structural integrity, well integrity and environmental management for all offshore energy operations and greenhouse gas storage activities in Commonwealth waters, and in coastal waters where regulatory powers and functions have been conferred.
NOPSEMA also administers the functions of the Offshore Infrastructure Regulator (OIR), for the offshore renewables industry. This includes the regulation of work health and safety, infrastructure integrity, and environmental management for offshore renewable energy infrastructure activities.

We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join the team at our Perth Office in the role of Human Resources Adviser.

The key duties of the position include
The Human Resources Adviser is a generalist position which provides support for the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will:

• provide general HR advice to managers and employees.
• undertake recruitment and selection activities, including participating in interview panels and drafting recruitment and selection documentation.
• assist the Human Resources and Safety team in delivering organisational development activities, including coordinating learning and development programs.

Whilst this is a hands-on generalist operational role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to, and lend your experience to a variety of organisational development projects to support strategic workforce initiatives.
