The key duties of the position include
The Human Resources Adviser is a generalist position which provides support for the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will:
- provide general HR advice to managers and employees.
- undertake recruitment and selection activities, including participating in interview panels and drafting recruitment and selection documentation.
- assist the Human Resources and Safety team in delivering organisational development activities, including coordinating learning and development programs.
Whilst this is a hands-on generalist operational role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to, and lend your experience to a variety of organisational development projects to support strategic workforce initiatives.
