THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees in all areas of Human Resources, with a strong focus on industrial and employee relations.
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures, escalating complex or sensitive issues when necessary.
- Supporting the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and precedents.
- Collaborating with senior management on strategic HR projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and industrial relations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in a Windows environment and strong digital literacy.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- To be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable with managing time efficiently.
- The ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to support and mentor team members.
- Experience in collating and analysing HR metrics, and preparing HR reports (desirable).
- Experience in the NFP, recreation, children's services, or community services sector (desirable).
