Our client is a not-for-profit organisation provides support and administrative services to health, aged care and community service entities in the region. With the office located in Lismore you will work within a highly collaborative, friendly and caring environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role:
A new opportunity has become available for a professional Human Resources Advisor to join the HR team and deliver contemporary people centered support and advice across their various services.
About you:
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in a HR advisory role with a sound knowledge of HR and WHS legislations You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly and easily.
Responsibilities
- Working within the People & Culture team, partnering with entities and agencies, providing HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, training and development, employee relations and performance management.
- Provide WHS and proactive injury management advice and support.
- Supporting the delivery of People & Culture initiatives and projects.
- Performance and behavioural management.
- Develop strong relationships within internal and external teams.
- Degree and/or relevant experience in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
- Ability to successfully partner with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of WHS legislations, workers compensation and return to work/injury management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Friendly and caring nature with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Drivers license and ability to travel as required.
