Your new role
Love all aspects of HR? This is the Business Partner role for you. Your average week will involve:
- Writing HR policies
- Coaching and supporting Managers
- Develop HR strategy & plans
- Interviewing candidates
- Managing complex Employee Relations matters
- Setting up HR processes
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in all matters of the employee life cycle is essential. Experience working in a greenfield organisation would be an advantage. You'll be an influencer, someone who communicates clearly, provides updates and moves projects in the right direction. You'll have proven experience in employee relations.
What you'll get in return
