As a HR Business Partner, you will provide advice and coaching to our leaders to ensure that both the Business Unit objectives and the People Strategies are met. You will be expected to partner effectively with Senior Leaders across the multiple business units to leverage on people as a key resource to delivery and meet operational imperatives. As a change agent, you must live the values and behaviors in your day-to-day interactions as you identify opportunities and drive performance.
To be successful you will possess:
- 5-7 years of experience working within HR
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline i .e. HR, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Commerce. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Possesses significant knowledge in HR field/function through exposure, repeated experience and training.
- Project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective team member
