We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Engineering Portfolio at our Perth CBD Office on a 12- month fixed term basis.
About this role
As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring best practice Talent Acquisition and resourcing methodology, principles, techniques, and sourcing channels are followed in the attraction, assessment, and selection of candidates from, both from within Australia and abroad, ensuring compliance with Western Power’s Recruitment Standards and Procedures.
The Talent Acquisition Business partner provided specialised Talent Acquisition advice, guidance, and support to Hiring Managers for “hard to fill” roles and senior leadership vacancies as well as campaign recruitment programs with the objective of attracting the very best talent to Western Power.
About you
We’re seeking someone from within our workforce with experience and attributes that include:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline OR working towards these qualifications with extensive demonstrated industry experience.
- Previous experience sourcing within the field of Engineering highly desirable.
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and exposure to in-house recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successful management of conflicting priorities, preferably with a large organisation.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service through providing guidance, advice, and support.
- Analytical and attention to detail, while being customer outcomes focused with process improvement skills.
- Advanced influencing and negotiation capabilities and skills where the interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing and developing positive relationships.
