Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills and experience while partnering with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and corporate functions of the business for an 8-month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover).
You will be joining a high-performing HR team where you can establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business. We are open to applicants with various experience including recent graduates. The title and salary of the position will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The successful applicant will bring with them enthusiasm and an interest to learn all HR activities as well as the ability to work in a confidential and fast-paced environment.
- Lead the delivery of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance review process and exiting process for the Business Partners.
- Provide advice and support to leadership in employee relations matter including performance management and grievances, as well as interpreting organisational policy and enterprise agreement.
- Collaborate and support the HR team in delivery of HR projects and strategy.
- Provide support to employees and leadership with general HR enquiries.
What we need from you:

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Sound knowledge of employee legislation
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment practices desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail as well as organisation and time management skills
- Be able to manage and prioritise own workload and use initiative.
- Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interact professionally and develop strong working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation
- An understanding of the importance of Confidentiality and abiding by it is essential.
- Advanced Microsoft skills required (outlook, excel and word)
