About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Human Resources Business Partner within the People and Culture Division.
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) you will be accountable to the Director, HR Advisory and Operations for the provision of expert HR consultancy and advisory services to senior management with regard to generalist human resource management, human resource development and employee relations.
In this role you will provide quality, consistent and timely advice, in accordance with SA Health Workforce policies and processes, on operational HR issues. Operational HR issues include recruitment, retention and deployment, performance review and development, classification, workforce planning and support for the resolution of conflict, under-performance, misconduct or other local level grievances and disputes. As a HRBP you will participate in the development and facilitation of information and training to staff in Human Resources related matters across a designated site.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
