The role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join our Brisbane office! This role provides the opportunity to be a trusted advisor to the Brisbane and Perth Partners and staff, overseeing the employee lifecycle and implementing people and culture initiatives. You are empowered to work autonomously and take ownership for HR delivery in your respective offices, partnering with senior leaders to drive key office and firm people priorities.
Reporting to the National Human Resource Manager, you will also work closely with a driven, growing HR team who work collaboratively, and all hold the same passion for people & culture. It is an exciting time to join our team if you have an interest in getting involved in strategic HR and transformation project work. The team is looking for an expert and an additional safe pair of hands to lead one of our key strategic projects from week one, providing the opportunity to have direct and immediate impact on supporting the firms strategic plan and growth targets.
What we are looking for:
- A strong HR generalist foundation with demonstrable experience in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager role within a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Previous experience in leading the design and execution of Remuneration and Benefits function (desirable) or alternatively experience in organisational development
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills to apply appropriately to decision making and problem solving
- Experience coaching leaders and influencing a wide stakeholder group to achieve desired outcomes
- A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to pivot priorities at any given time
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with the HR team to deliver exceptional internal employee experience
- A pro-active and motivated mindset with an obvious passion for the work you do
