SalaryNES Fircroft have partnered with a Global Mining company in Central Queensland. This world-class mine seeking a motivated Human Resources Professional to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities include HR strategy implementation, IR/ER management, and fostering a value-driven culture.Permanent and 12 month Temp position available, would suit someone locally in the Bowen Basin or FIFO from Brisbane.General day-to-day:
- Assist HR Manager in HR strategy and initiatives.
- Aid in Talent Acquisition, Retention, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
- Support in managing workplace and disciplinary issues.
- Coach and mentor leaders for culture improvement.
- Provide efficient HR services to stakeholders.To be successful in the role you will need:
- Human Resources or related degree
- Mining industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
