The Opportunity:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead the Human Resources function at Career Management Services. Reporting directly into the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Human Resources operations. In a HR generalist capacity, your role will encompass partnering with the business leaders to support our growing workforce. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing and aligning HR strategies and organisational resources with the company's overall expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team, your role will be to manage recruitment, talent acquisition plus learning and development.
- To partner and collaborate with the executive leadership team, to ensure Human Resources and recruitment functions are in alignment with the growth strategy and company goals.
- Supporting organisational improvement initiatives across the business.
- Executing a Learning and Development roadmap for employee growth.
- Implementing the career development and succession planning strategies to ensure organisational continuity.
- Conduct staff reviews and ensure the clear setting of KPI’s and other metrics.
- Generating HR Reports and analyse metrics.
- Developing and managing the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Managing the talent acquisition team and assist with leading the recruitment and selection process for key roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the business.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures, systems and process are up to date and meet our ISO standards.
About you:
The successful candidate will have extensive (10+ years) as an HR Manager or a similar role in a small to medium high growth business. You will have thorough working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws coupled with a proactive and consultative approach. Ideally you can demonstrate a background in change management and possess proven decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and team building abilities to foster collaboration across all divisions are essential.

Requirements:
- Preferably you will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or an Advanced degrees or certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Excellent process and procedure implementation experience, talent management, learning and development, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high performing team.
