Role Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time ANZ Human Resources Manager to join our team in Villawood, NSW. This role offers the flexibility to work from home on occasion as needed. As an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, the ANZ Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, driving change, leading projects, and contributing expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with one HR Co-Ordinator to oversee all aspects of HR across 4 sites and 185 staff, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and learning and development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on HR matters to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Take ownership of payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee issues, promoting diversity and inclusion, and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement.
- Lead investigations, interpret Awards, and manage change with empathy and care, promoting a supportive culture for staff and stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment law, and HR best practices in Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs that drive employee engagement and contribute to business success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize competing demands, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Compensation:
The position offers a salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with superannuation.
