This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to contribute to the ongoing success of a specialist local manufacturer within the Utilities space.

Preformed Line Products Australia (PLP) is a subsidiary of Preformed Line Products Inc, with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. PLP has a market-leading presence across Australia and is producing a unique product portfolio, leveraging their global technical resources.
The business is undergoing significant growth, and is looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager who will collaborate with the leadership team to drive business improvement and a customer-focused culture within the organisation.
Role requirements:
As a key part of the leadership team, we are looking for an individual who has:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations etc.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people both internal and external.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and management skills.
- Drive to plan and then execute HR strategy in a strongly growing organisation.
- Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who can sense opportunities and take steps to capitalise on them.
