- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
