Position: HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring our team thrives. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR Retail Environment: You should have a demonstrated track record in HR, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Whether it's crafting policies, conducting training sessions, or managing employee relations, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
3. Thorough Knowledge of OH&S Legislation: Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment is paramount. You should have a solid understanding of current OHS legislation and best practices.
4. Employee Relations Expertise: From policy reviews and development to disciplinary procedures, you should proven record of hands-on experience in managing all aspects of employee relations and HR compliance matters.
5. Detail-Oriented with Ability to Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments: Attention to detail is key, especially in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Proven experience in collaboration: Working closely with senior management teams is crucial. You should have experience in implementing performance improvement plans and conducting end-of-probation conversations effectively.
7. Talent Acquisition and Management Skills: From onboarding and induction planning to performance reviews and succession planning, you should be well-versed in the entire talent management lifecycle.
