The Position
We're looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, empathetic, articulate, is super super organised, and is excited to join a fast-paced, growing team, currently expanding throughout QLD. This role calls for a dedicated and loyal advocate for people, who will love recruiting and supporting team members that align with our values. In turn maintaining our reputation of delivering a positive, professional cleaning experience. If you want to build your dream team, you're the one we want! This role will be covering Maternity Leave from July to November. There may be the opportunity to extend this role.
A Day in the Life
Every day holds new opportunities to connect with our people, improve our systems, and create exceptional value. Whilst we all love a checklist, no two days are ever the same. In your role you'll be able to structure your day around the following:
- Working closely alongside our managers to determine recruitment requirements throughout QLD
- Delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process from position description creation through to training plans
- Guiding team members through the onboarding and induction process
- Keeping team member records clean and organised within softwares
- Assisting Managers with operational HR and OHS issues
- Guiding company culture in alignment with our values
- Completion of HR administration duties
- Completing schedules and rosters for all team members across Brisbane and Mackay.

Requirements
- Strong recruitment/HR experience with 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience or knowledge of a people-focused industry an advantage
- Knowledge in Deputy is highly beneficial
- An understanding of OH&S policies and inductions in the workplace
