A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced and emotionally mature HR officer with a passion for helping people.
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Assistance onboarding new employees into Kronos and volunteers
- Credentialing
- Processing cessations
- Management of HR Team inbox
- Preparation and distribution of Pay Point increase and award increase letters
- Relevant experience in a HR generalist role
- Technical knowledge and experience across a wide range of Human Resources functions, including redundancy, terminations, induction, and credentialing.
- Qualification in Human Resources
- Experience with Kronos
