The BusBiz team is expanding! Due to promotion from within, this position is newly vacant. This position is designed to provide a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior qualifications to gain or further their work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing/overseeing payroll for up to 200 employees
- Manage recruitment processes across the 3 states in which we operate
- Assisting in the induction and training of new hires
- Drafting employment contracts and other HR correspondence
- Updating job descriptions, organisation charts, Policies and Procedures and other documents
- Monitor/maintain an understanding of relevant industry awards
- Lead compliance/maintain BusBiz’ WHS Management Systems
- Liaising with management and our third-party HR advisors
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in payroll
- Competent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Diploma/degree (including graduates) or relevant experience in people management/human resources would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a similar role
On-the-job training provided. Further education opportunities exist for the right applicant.
