Hr And Recruitment Administrator

We have a fantastic opening to join a Global Leader. • Prepare employment contracts and documents to support the wider HR team
• Recruitment onboarding
• E-filing on an internal system
• General Data Entry
• Reporting and compliance
• Assist with any related enquiries and administration
• Completing onboarding administration, including police and reference checks
• Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required by the HR team

About you:

• Be available to work full-time hours
• Experience in a similar HR admin will be highly regarded
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills coupled with solid coordinating skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work towards deadlines
• Good customer service skills
• Intermediate level of Excel skills required
