Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Sydney area. Working closely with our clients, you will identify their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. From conducting site surveys to presenting proposals, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Sydney area.
