The main purpose of this role is to enhance workshop output, assist in meeting production demands/deadlines and conduct maintenance activities for workshop and plant equipment as needed.
Position tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assembly of Pumps, Motors, & Valves to fulfill production targets.
- Reporting any production issues impacting delivery schedules.
- Maintaining high-quality outputs to avoid warranty returns.
- Efficient labor management across multiple projects.
- Following detailed assembly instructions as per build manuals.
- Participating in equipment maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Managing the availability and calibration of equipment.
- Engaging in the resolution process for customer or internal quality concerns.
Qualifications
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- A commitment to uphold Health, Safety & Environment standards.
- Mechanical Trade Certification.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in hydraulic systems/component.
- Experience in hydraulic or mechanical component repair.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of dedication and reliability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
