Roles and Responsibilities will involve:
- Work directly under a project manager
- Assisting in contract letting
- Contract administrations - RFI's, variations, works logs
- Meeting minute taking
- Subcontractor payments
- Maintain the Integrated Management Systems
- Dilapidation Reports
- Operational Manuals
- WHSE systems and project plans
- Contractors pre-qualification checklists
- Document control
- Scope of works
- General office administration

- Inquisitive
