Your new role
As an IAM Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from initiation to closure. You will be expected to lead a team of professionals, liaise with clients, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
Strong understanding of IAM principles, including access control, identity governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Hands-on work experience on any of the IAM tools
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Proven experience in managing project delivery teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor project team members.
